ROCKFORD – It may only be a small sample size, but recent trends show that both the Rockford IceHogs and their goalkeeper, who is back in the net after a stint in the NHL, Collin Delia, may only be back to show off.

In their first two games of 2022, the Hogs exploded with 14 goals to equal a team record for the most goals in a two-game period.

The ride spanned strong from striker Lucas Rachel, who scored four points on Friday, returning star Brandon Perry, who scored a hat-trick on Saturday, as well as full-back Delia who allowed just two goals in those two games, and the Pigs are looking to build some serious momentum at the moment.
