NewAge announced that it has entered into an agreement with Kwikclick to develop an affiliate market platform and a regulated marketplace. Kwikclick’s e-commerce technology gives influencers the ability to share in the revenue and profits of the brands they market, rather than just paying per click or post.
“We believe Kwikclick is incredibly unique and disruptive to the consumer goods industry,” said Fred Cooper, CEO of Kwikclick and member of the board of directors at NewAge. “We are seamlessly opening up global e-commerce distribution for traditional retail brands. For the first time, influencers are given a piece of the pie to reach, and direct sellers and networkers are given a new revenue stream on home brand names that aren’t competitive or cannibal for their existing businesses.”
This partnership will provide the platform with access to all NewAge brand partners, totaling more than 400,000 people in 75 countries, instantly giving brand owners 400,000 new distribution points – a number that will double when NewAge Brand Partners engage their network. The companies expect their collaboration to begin the transformation of the social influencer model.
“We aim to become the global leader in social selling and distribution, and the launch of Kwikclick is a major step forward in fulfilling that commitment,” said Brent Willis, CEO of NewAge. “Our brand partners are very excited about this opportunity, as are all of the traditional influencers, especially the brand owners we have contacted. Driven by traditional consumer goods and recognizing all the increasingly negative economics of the traditional retail business model, we are acutely aware of the challenges that brands face. business in gaining profitable distribution. We can now solve this challenge for brands large and small and provide a large flow of incremental profits to our brand partners at the same time.”
